Surface disinfection

Electrostatic Disinfection in Farmers Branch

A charged mist that clings to and wraps around surfaces, so disinfectant reaches the edges and undersides that hand wiping misses.

How the Spray Actually Works

Hand wiping works on the surfaces you can see and reach. The tops of desks, the front of a door handle, the counter by the sink. What it misses is everything else: below a chair arm, behind a keyboard tray, around the neck of a faucet, along the spindles of a stair rail. Those are the spots shared hands touch without thinking.

An electrostatic sprayer gives the disinfectant droplets a positive charge as they leave the nozzle. Charged droplets are drawn to surfaces and spread around them, coating the sides and bottoms instead of only the face pointed at the sprayer. The result is even coverage with a fine mist, not a soaked surface. We use EPA-registered disinfectants and follow each product label, including the dwell time the surface needs to stay wet. Applications are usually done after hours, so rooms are empty during spraying and have time to dry. Many accounts add it to their regular janitorial schedule. Others call when illness has been going around the office.

Where We Apply It

Coverage is matched to how your space is used and where hands go most.

  • Workstations

Desks, chairs, phones, keyboards and the surfaces around them.

  • Restrooms

Fixtures, partitions, dispensers, handles and counters.

  • Breakrooms

Tables, chairs, appliance handles, counters and shared supplies.

  • Door hardware

Handles, push bars and plates throughout the building.

  • Common areas

Lobby seating, reception counters, elevator panels and rails.

  • Meeting rooms

Tables, chair arms, remotes and conference phones.

How a Disinfection Visit Works

  1. Clean first

Surfaces are cleaned before spraying, because disinfectant works best on a clean surface.

  2. Charged application

The sprayer works room by room, covering surfaces evenly with a fine charged mist.

  3. Dwell and dry

The disinfectant stays on for its labeled contact time, then dries before people return.

Why Add It to Your Routine

  • Reaches the hard spots

Charged droplets wrap around surfaces instead of just landing on top.

  • Label instructions followed

Products are used as directed, every time, including dwell time.

Routine visits or a one-time application, done after hours.
